• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Develop and maintain product knowledge
• Work with team members to ensure daily store sales goals are met
• Accurately and efficiently perform register/POS transactions, sales, returns, exchanges
• Assist with store merchandising
• Perform basic shipping and receiving procedures

• Previous retail experience is an asset
• Ability to think critically and work independently or as a member of the team
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanour and attitude at all times
• The ability to interact comfortably, enthusiastically and professionally while advising customers on specific products, merchandise and services
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist
• Ability to stand for 8 hours
• Comfortable with the use of ladders
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
